Case Manager tickles added to ConnectED. Case Managers may now subscribe to EVENTS that trigger an email to you.
You can respond to the tickle by signing into ConnectED to review your MESSAGE QUEUE. You may subscribe (screen one) to zero, one,
two, or all. After you subscribe, as EVENTS are fired via OSI staff, you will receive an email tickle (screen two).

Effective June 1, 2009, we will be monitoring our external user logins to provide added security for our patients'. You will receive an email resetting your password. This new, emailed password must be used in order to regain access to ConnectED. This password change will occur at a minimum of every 90 days. You cannot reset your own password, however; you can change your regenerated password by clicking on "my Profile"
once you have successfully logged back in to ConnectED.

A new appointment type has been added to indicate who rescheduled an appointment. We will now designate if a rescheduled appointment was initiated by the patient or the physician’s office. You can also click on the appointment status type to verify the date and time an appointment was made, rescheduled or cancelled.
Transcription is now designated, by color, to inform you if a record is available for viewing. If the link is white, you can click to access the information. If the link is red, the record is incomplete and unavailable for display at this time.
5 and 15 lb. weight restriction options have been added to our online Return to Work form.
